For over 20 years, Elaine has worked alongside writers, directors, producers, and actors to create cultures of respect and authenticity in projects on TV, Film and Theatre. In pre-production or on sets and stage, Elaine is instrumental in deepening conversations with and around the neurodiverse community. Elaine has worked with Sony, Netflix, Amazon, Disney Studios, CBS, Nickelodeon, and more. Through projects such as the hit Netflix series Atypical, Please Stand By starring Dakota Fanning, and on several other Disney animated and live-action series, Coach E is a go-to expert for expanding the lens on disability and ability.
